  5.       │ FidoNet consists of Fidos arranged into REGIONS and NETWORKs. │ 
  6.       │ These are groupings to make FidoNet mail more efficient, and  │ 
  7.       │ to make it easier to choose the Fido you want.                │

  9.       │ REGIONs are basically just geographical areas; NETWORKS are   │ 
  10.       │ usually in cities. Nodes are individual Fidos. As far as      │ 
  11.       │ entering a message goes, REGIONS and NETWORKS are the same.   │ 
  12.       │                                                               │ 
  13.       │ Picking the Fido you want is easy. Use '/' to list the REGIONS│ 
  14.       │ and NETWORKS, then pick the right one, or a likely candidate. │
  15.       │ Then use '#' to list the nodes (Fidos) in that region or net. │ 
  16.       │ Enter a node (Fido) number and you are done.                  │ 
  17.       │                                                               │ 
  18.       │ If you know the specific region/net and node of the Fido you  │ 
  19.       │ want, you can enter it as: MM/NN  Where MM is the REGION or   │ 
  20.       │ NET, and NN is the node number. This way lets you enter MORE  │ 
  21.       │ THAN ONE Fido at a time also.                                 │
